Q: Will my hair be delayed due to COVID-19?
A: Due to the affects of the global pandemic and UK Government Instructions there are delays of 3-5 working days on all order. We will keep you informed on your order via email or phone call and we really do appreciate your patience during this time. Please stay home and stay safe.
Q: So what is included in my purchase?
A: If you order from our wig collection, you are getting a fully customised machine reinforced breathable wig made from our high quality Luxe Brazilian Virgin Hair, secure with combs and elastic band. If you order our bundle deals then you are getting the same high quality Luxe Brazilian Virgin Hair in +/- 100g bundles and a soft transparent lace system of your choice to match your chosen texture. Both bundle deals and wigs come in our Luxury CDB Satin Travel Bag for extra care.
Q: Can I place a salon appointment to install my hair?
A: We are currently building a great database with stylists across the country so you can book an appointment with a trusted, skilled, professional stylist that meets our standard. This will be widely available soon.
Q: How long on average will it take for my wig to be delivered?
A: We try our best to get your wig to you as fast as possible. All wig orders take 7-10 working days to completed. All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery which takes 1 additional working day. All international orders take 3-10 working days depending on the country.
Q: How early in advance do I need to order a wig for an occasion ?
A: We know having a big day coming up can sometimes mean your hair slips your mind, but we recommend making sure you order at least 10 working days before the day before you need your wig. But if you are in urgent need, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see what we can do for you.

Q: Are there any discounts or rewards in place?
A: Whilst our wigs are already amazingly affordable, we recommend joining our members list to be notified of our secret sales. We also have a referral programme you can join for commissions on friend, family and follower referrals so you can earn money for supporting us. You will receive and email on how to join this programme once you've recieved your first purchase from us.
Q: Can I customise a wig to suit me or must it be one of CDBeauty wigs with a few tweaks?
A: You can do both! We try our best to keep our wig collection page as filled with different styles as possible; any wig you see on there can have its length customised and you can choose whether you want a frontal or closure version as well as add any colour add-on. Q: Is a couple years of continuous reuse a guarantee?
A: As long as you take care of your wig, of course. A lot of people don't know how to take care of their extensions and units so we try to provide you with enough content, information and accessories to help you get the most out of what you pay for. There is no guarantee or warranty on our units, however if you need help taking care of it we offer a revamp service so leave your unit with us for a few days and receive it as good as new.
Q: What can I do if I am unhappy with the wig, and what is your return policy?
A: In the rare occurrence that you don't fall in love with your wig we will do all we can to work on it till you're satisfied. We don't offer refunds or exchanges on our wigs.
Q: Is shipping international?
A: Yes this is a global experience. We don't take responsibility for any custom fees you may need to pay on your side of the pond. So far the furthest we've gone is New York City, let's see if you can beat that!
Q: Can I send back my wig for maintenance after a few months?
A: Definitely. We know sometimes we can be a bit rough with our units, or not have the time to give it the care it needs, so we're here to do that for you. Simply purchase shoot us an email first and we'll get back to you about when to bring it in for some lovin'!
Q: Is there a way of trying out the wig in question before purchase?
A: Unfortunately not. This is something we are working on. However, we do ask for your head measurement for every order so that we can ensure a good fit so you don't have to worry much about fit.
