Q: What does ready and easy to wear mean?
A: When you order a wig from most companies you'll receive a wig that needs to be washed, conditioned, have the knots bleached, have the hair line plucked and an elastic band attached before it can be ready to style and then wear. Tiring right! We do all of that for you. Our team of experienced stylists hand customise each wig so that when you get it in the post you don't need to be a hair stylist or go to one in order to wear it and feel good. Q: When will my wig be delivered?
A: All wigs are available for Free Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail UK Special Delivery (1 working day to arrive). All sale wigs will be dispatched on Monday 30th November (unless you have also purchased a colour add-on. This will add 5 working days to your processing time.).
International Delivery is available to anywhere in the world via Royal Mail Parcel Force Priority Shipping. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Will my hair be delayed due to COVID-19?
A: We do have a select number of wigs in stock which can be sent out via Free UK Next Day Delivery. We will be restocking at a slower rate due to the global situation. For any questions about your specific order please email us email@example.com. Stay safe.
Q: So what is included in my purchase?
A: If you order from our wig collection, you are getting a fully customised lightly bleached knots and plucked hairline) machine reinforced breathable wig made from our high quality High Quality Virgin Hair, secure with combs and elastic band. You purchase will come in a Luxury CDB Satin Travel Bag for extra care.

Q: Are there any discounts or rewards in place?
A: Whilst our wigs are already affordable, we recommend joining our members list to be notified of our secret sales.
Q: Can I customise a wig to suit me or must it be one of CDB London wigs?
A: You can do both! We try our best to keep our wig collection page as filled with different styles as possible; any wig you see on there can have its length customised and you can choose whether you want a frontal or closure version as well as add any colour add-on. Q: Is a couple years of continuous reuse a guarantee?
A: As long as you take care of your wig, of course. A lot of people don't know how to take care of their extensions and units so we try to provide you with enough content, information and accessories to help you get the most out of what you pay for. There is no guarantee or warranty on our units, however if you need help taking care of it we offer a revamp service so leave your unit with us for a few days and receive it as good as new. Q: What can I do if I am unhappy with the wig; what is your return policy?
A: In the rare occurrence that you don't fall in love with your wig we will do all we can to work on it till you're satisfied. We don't offer refunds or exchanges on our wigs or bundles but in some cases we do offer exchanges/ a store voucher.
Q: Is shipping international?
A: Yes this is a global experience. We don't take responsibility for any custom fees you may need to pay on your side of the pond. So far the furthest we've gone is New York City and Lagos, let's see if you can beat that!
Q: Can I send back my wig for maintenance after a few months?
A: Definitely. We know sometimes we can be a bit rough with our units, or not have the time to give it the care it needs, so we're here to do that for you. Simply purchase shoot us an email first and we'll get back to you about when to bring it in for some lovin'!
Q: Is there a way of trying out the wig in question before purchase?
A: Unfortunately not. This is something we are working on. However, we do ask for your head measurement for every order so that we can ensure a good fit so you don't have to worry much about fit.
